These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all bookings made directly with Foyer Green Stays / Foyer Green , including those made via our website, email, messaging apps (e.g. WhatsApp), or telephone. By proceeding with a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

1. Booking & Payment

A booking is only confirmed once full payment is received, unless otherwise agreed in writing by Foyer Green Stays.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any booking at our discretion.

The named guest making the booking is responsible for the full conduct of all guests during the stay.

Payment must be made using an approved method (major credit/debit cards or bank transfer). All bookings are subject to availability.

2. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations policy depends on the agreement made at booking.

No refunds will be issued for no-shows, early departures, or unused nights.

We reserve the right to cancel your booking at any time due to unforeseen circumstances (eg. building repairs). In such cases, you will receive a full refund as the sole remedy.

3. Check-In / Check-Out

Check-in time: From 3:00 PM
Check-out time: By 11:00 AM

Early check-in or late check-out is strictly by prior written agreement and may incur a fee.

Failure to vacate the property on time may result in additional charges equivalent to the nightly rate.

4. Conduct & House Rules

All guests must adhere to the following at all times:

No smoking or vaping anywhere inside the property
No parties, events, or gatherings
No unregistered guests without prior written approval
No pets unless authorised in writing
No excessive noise, especially after 7 PM
No illegal activity or misuse of the property

Any breach of these rules will result in immediate termination of the booking without refund and may incur further charges.

5. Property Damage & Security

Guests are fully liable for any damage, loss, or breakages caused during the booking period.

A damage deposit or non-refundable waiver may be charged in advance. If not pre-paid, any post-stay damage will be invoiced or charged to the card on file.

Foyer Green Stays reserves the right to inspect the property at any time during the stay with short notice or without notice in an emergency.

Any misuse or mistreatment of the property will be reported and pursued legally if necessary.

6. Use of Property

The property is strictly for short-term residential accommodation only.

Commercial use, unauthorised photography/filming, or subletting is prohibited.

Breach of this clause will result in immediate termination without refund and possible legal action.

7. Liability Disclaimer

Foyer Green Stays accepts no liability for loss, theft, damage, personal injury, illness, accident, or delay during the stay.

We are not responsible for disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g. extreme weather, transport issues, government restrictions, or utilities failure).

Guests are strongly advised to purchase adequate travel insurance.

8. Privacy

Personal data is handled securely in accordance with GDPR and used only for booking, communication, and legal compliance.

We do not share your data with third parties except where required by law or operational necessity.

9. Breach of Terms

Any breach of these Terms may result in immediate cancellation of the booking and removal from the property, without refund.

We reserve the right to pursue claims for any loss, damage, or expenses caused as a result of misconduct or breach.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Intellectual Property & Content Use
